Hi everyone! My name is Virginia, I'm a licensed esthetician who specializes in lash extensions, facials and teeth whitening. I strive to create a relaxing and spa-like atmosphere for my clients, ensuring that they feel pampered and rejuvenated during their visits. So please, no extra guests. PAYMENTS: I accept cash, zelle or venmo as forms of payment. If paying with card, please note there will be a 3.5% processing fee charged to the card on file. BE ON TIME: Please notify me ASAP if you are running late. The length of the appointment time may be reduced due to time restraints and this may affect desired results. If you are more than 15 min late, your appointment may be cancelled and the cancellation fee will be charged to your card on file. NEW CLIENTS: A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking for all services. If rescheduling is necessary, please allow 24hrs to do so. I will allow deposits to be transferred only ONCE. After that, another deposit will be needed to scedule again. If you cancel/ reschedule less than 24hrs, you forfeit your deposit and another deposit will be required to schedule again. EXISTING CLIENTS: If any reschedule are needed, please allow at least 24 hours in advance to do so. Any reschedule less than 24 hours will result in your card being charged 50% service fee and an additional 3.5% processing fee. FULL SETS: Please come to your lash appointment with clean face and lashes free from makeup and oil based products. If lashes are unclean, a MANDATORY lash bath will be added to your service. This is an additional $10. I will not work on oily or unclean lashes. Extensions will not adhere to the natural lash and will cause poor retention. Please refrain from coffee or any caffeinated drinks as this can make it hard to lay still during your service. A full set can take up to 3 hrs. Please plan accordingly. FILLS: Fills must have 40% lash coverage/retention and must be scheduled 2-3 weeks from your last appointment. Any fills past 3 weeks will be charged as a full set. If there are any retention issues within 48-72 hours, please notify me for a free touch up. After 72 hours will be a mini fill charge. There are NO REFUNDS for any service. Cancellation Policy
I require a card on file to make any appointments with me. I require a 24 hr notice to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellations or rescheduling less than 24 hrs results in your card being charged 50% of the missed service PLUS a 5% processing fee. Any no call/no shows will no longer be able to book with me. If you wish to not have a card on file, I require a 50% deposit via cash, Venmo or zelle before every appointment.
